Issue/Introduction

Using CA RC/Migrator, error PT800E is occurring during Analysis of a Quick Migrate strategy.

PT800E An internal error occurred. Error information:
PT800E CSAPSERV,31,CSMPSERV,0000004D,00000000,00000000,00000000
PT800E An internal error occurred. Error information:
PT800E RMA@PREF,01,RMM#PSRV,0000004D,00000000,00000000,00000000 

The DDL, however, is correctly generated.

Resolution

This problem could be related to a LONGNAME token problem. The  recommendation is to delete this strategy and to then create a new one. This should resolve the PT800E errors that you are experiencing.
