Scheduled Report is sent out blank in email

Clarity PPM SaaS Clarity PPM On Premise


When I schedule the report I get an email with an empty file and I get the following error:
JasperReports Server encountered an error while generating this report. Please contact your administrator.

If looking in the logs we can see the following error:

Deleting and recreating the scheduled report works only temporarily.

Schedule the report at a different time, for example 1 hour before or after the previous schedule. This would avoid any potential report misfires and solve the problem.

Also applies when no report notification is sent out.
