Siteminder Metrics are missing for Databases and Operations Average Response

Webview does not show the metric for the Policy Server Operation Average Response Time and Backend Database Average Response Time.
The is caused by incorrect APM SSO management modules component, the file SMM_EMExt.jar
CA APM 10.7 SP2
CA SSO 12.8.01
EPAgent and caapmsso-13.2.
Engineering has addressed the issue and provided a fix

Same issue was fixed in APM for SSO 13.1
