APP PERF MANAGEMENT CA Application Performance Management Agent (APM / Wily / Introscope) CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER INTROSCOPE

Issue/Introduction

Webview does not show the metric for the Policy Server Operation Average Response Time and Backend Database Average Response Time.
 

Cause

The is caused by incorrect APM SSO management modules component, the file  SMM_EMExt.jar

Environment

CA APM 10.7 SP2
CA SSO 12.8.01
EPAgent and caapmsso-13.2.
aapmsso-manager-module-13.0.0-1.el6.i686.rpm.

Resolution

Engineering has addressed the issue and provided a fix

Additional Information

Same issue was fixed in  APM for SSO 13.1

00956114 DE349521 Aggregate metrics for Average Response Time does not report any values for Agent.
