AP Address WTO not working to numeric CCI connection

Issue/Introduction

Client is setting up MSF..

AP address WTO fails with RC=1154 to z/OS system with numeric CCI name. In this case the name is 0991. How can I fix this issue?

Resolution

You must address the console by the MSF ID and not CCI Sysid.
