General Usage Not Showing All Clients

Issue/Introduction

Currently, usage is observed on a per WP/process basis (via the Administration Perspective, Processes and Usage), but the overall/high level usage of all the Clients on a single page is not working correctly.

Example: if WP11 is selected, Client 370 is listed in the Usage table. When clicking on the "General Usage" button, however, Client 370 is expected to be shown. Client 370 is not present in the list.

Note: This is not limited to a specific Client number - any Client may show/not show up in this list. 

Cause

General Usage Algorithm requires adjustment. This will be fixed in a future release. 

Environment

Any Automation Engine environment, versions 10+, 11+, 12+.

Resolution

There is no known workaround or resolution at this point. The fix will be contained in the following component releases, tentatively scheduled:
