Issue/Introduction
Installed ACF2 R16.0, migrating from ACF2 R15.0 with z/OS 2.2.
The 1st IPL generated a DUMP - IPL failed, no SYSLOG entries.
ACF2 Task did not start like it would normally in ACF2 R15.0.

Resolution
A successful ACF2 start requires that the
- CAX1LINK library is in the LINKLST concatenation, and
- CAX1LPA in the LPALST concatenation.
The root cause in this case was a TYPO error in - PROGTT PARMLIB Member.
Originally it was Hlq1.ACF2.R160.CAX1LNK but should have been Hlq1.ACF2.R160.CAX1LINK
- CAX1LINK library is in the LINKLST concatenation, and
- CAX1LPA in the LPALST concatenation.

Additional Information
The Dump showed that the CAX1LINK library was not in the LINKLST concatenation,
