Issue/Introduction

After applying the Rollup 2 patch, SO06653 - CASM 17.1.0.2 ROLLUP PATCH (REQUIRES 17.1.0.1), customer had some side effects in custom forms in java std_head.js and detail_form.js.

Service Desk Manager 17.1.01 was upgraded to 17.1.02

Resolution

After applying a cumulative patch or any other fix on the application that can affect any customization, it's strongly recommended that the custom forms or any other custom code must be reviewed and if needed, adjusted to the new version.
