How to start Sysview Performance Management Option for Db2 for z/OS (IDB2) Data Collector without IFCID 376?  

Resolution

To bring up the IDB2 Data Collector without IFCID 376, you need to either remove the following from the STARTUP member or comment out these requests:
EXCP0376, INCOMPTS, INCOMPTD and any custom IQL that references IFCID 376.

These IQLs are started for Db2 11 if they are part of the STARTUP member.
