Issue/Introduction

We are facing an issue with ca view web viewer for specific database SARDBI01 Data file allocation failed for datasetname - INFO=0000 DS=011

Cause

This is not a Web Viewer problem and it is also not a CA View problem. The actual error message is coming back from (IBM) z/OS [SARDBI01] Data file allocation failed for PGDV.SARY6 - ERROR=0238 INFO=0000 DS=011

Meaning: Space unavailable in task input output table (TIOT). (dsname allocation, concatenation)

Here is what you need to do at your site according to IBM: Application programmer action: Reduce the total number of allocated DDs and devices. Deallocate data sets that are not needed simultaneously.
