See IBM for information on the IBM z Systems Integrated Information Processor (zIIP).

CA TPX has no ZIIP enablement options. 

However, by having CA TPX using VTAM Authorized Path Facility you will take advantage of any VTAM zIIP enablement for RPL exit processing as an SRB for CA TPX.
