UIM console mode can't complete due to Oracle Wallet requires password

Issue/Introduction

During a new installation or upgrade of UIM 9.0.2, the installation script running in console mode will keep prompting for the wallet password, despite the wallet type of "sso" which does not require a wallet password.

Cause

Defect: DE405317

Environment

UIM 9.0.2
Oracle 12.1.0.2

Resolution

CA UIM Development is working on a fix. 
In the meantime, please enter a bogus string for the wallet password and this will allow the installation to continue.
The wallet password will be ignored.

Additional Information

Please note there is a defect in UIM 9.0.2 with Oracle and TLS  that may prevent many probes from starting and connecting to Oracle:
