About new object DOCUMENT

Issue/Introduction

With the release 15.0 on Datacom-DB, the new word DOCUMENT has been introduced.
Can you help me to understand why I do not get it by default in our PROFILES ($DD-ADM and $DD-DIS) ?
Actually I do not have it in any PROFILE!!! 

Environment

 

Datacom/DB 

Ideal 15.0

Resolution

With Datacom - Ideal 15.0 comes new Data Dictionary entity DOCUMENT.

You may want to update any of your profiles (under DDOL or Batch)  to add that new entity, if needed.

UPDATE PROFILE $DD-ADM via panel T43U. 

Note that you may do the same for other profiles. 

Under DDOL: 
- Use Option 4 - AUTHORIZE
  Then
- Use Option 3 - UPDATE Profile 
  Then
- Repeat (R) line DATAVIEW and name it DOCUMENT
  Then
PF9 APPLY. 

The above will add entity DOCUMENT to your Profile.
