VMTAPE SYNC process is not using location on RMSRANGE record

Issue/Introduction

When multiple RMS Libraries exist in the CA VM:Tape configuration,  VM:Tape is not using the LOCATION specified on RMSRANGE records  in the
VMTAPE CONFIG file for QUERY LIBRARY VOLUME CSL calls to RMS.
 

Environment

 Extraneous, unnecessary FSMBAC2009E (Volume not in Library) messages are generated on the RMSMASTR console when VMTAPE issues a QUERY
 LIBRARY VOLUME CSL call for a volume that is not in the default RMS LOCATION.

Resolution

Apply PTF SO07276 which changes VM:Tape so that it specifies the LOCATION provided on your RMSRANGE records (when the volume matches one) for QUERY VOLUME calls. This should prevent the extraneous QUERIES and Console Messages on the RMSMASTR server.
