C1G0030E on Base Library during Delete of Elements

Issue/Introduction

When trying to delete elemtns that have been in entry stage DEV/D since building the environments. Batch delete and package delete fails with source management errors and footprint C1G0030E UNABLE TO VERIFY FOOTPRINT FOR ELEMENT IN THE ELEMENT BASE LIBRARY.

Change delete processor to *noproc* then delete the elements to resolve the problem
