When restarting Elasticsearch, does this affect the behavior of API GW and Developer Portal at this time?

Resolution
Elasticsearch collects metric information in Portal.
Therefore, if Elasticsearch stops, it will not affect the processing of API Gateway or API Portal itself.
However, metric information during that time will not be gathered.
Also, information that failed to be sent will not be retransmitted.
