Performance degradation with IM and PS after logging

Issue/Introduction

In some cases you could see Provisioning and Identity Manager performance degradation after Global logging it turned on.  By default this is not enabled but you may have been asked by support or a consultant to turn on logging and it was accidentally left enabled. 

How to disable Global logging?

Global logging functionality is disabled for imps by deafult. if it's enabled by any chance, then it would be better to disable it. Else, it could deteriorate the imps performance. We can verify it by using any ldap clients. From IM Provisioning Manager, IMPM->System->Global Properties->Logging.
