0C4 abend in module SASVC

Issue/Introduction

MICS Daily processing may unexpectedly abend with a S0C4 after upgrading to SAS 9.4.  
The error in the SASLOG is as follows:
ERROR: System abend 0C4 occurred in module SASVC function VVCTOPN at offset 00089C.

Resolution

Apply SAS hotfix as mentioned in problem note 58841.
