Resolution
Message TRAC609W JMF SKIP LIST OPEN FAILED may occur when running the GJMF30 or
GJMF20 utilities if there is an APF authorization issue. All libraries included in the STEPLIB reference
as well as JOBLIB reference have to be APF authorized. The error may also occur if the date format
for the PARM value is not specified correctly.
