When Upgrading Service Catalog, the following error appears:

Cause

Port closed between SDM and Catalog servers

Environment

Service Catalog 17.1
Service Desk Manager 17.1 (SDM)

Open ports 2100 through 2200 and port 2300 between SDM and Catalog servers. See more information in the following document:
