After upgrading to ACF2 r16 users that logon to BMC's MainView Explorer the credentials being used the MainView Explorer's started task logonid rather than the user's logonid, how can this be corrected?

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to ACF2 r16 users that logon to BMC's MainView Explorer the credentials being used the MainView Explorer's started task logonid rather than the user's logonid, how can this be corrected?

We are getting BMC MainView Explorer message:

"OSZ0421I USER USER001 ON CX1027XC SIGNED ON BMCXXX ID=BMCXXX GROUP=3RDPARTY STC FOR BMC PRODUCT"

Instead of LOGONID of the user, USER001, ID=BMCXXX is assigned. BMCXXX is the name of the STC and OWNERID assigned to it.

BMC MainView Explorer (Web interface into the MainView product) toleration PTF which specifically addresses ACF2 R16, BMC BP00340, APAR BA00469, for the Runtime Component System (RTCS) needs to be applied.
