How to change the user title in the Timeline from Requests page

Issue/Introduction

This article describes how to change the user title from the Timeline page, in the My Requests page.

How to change in the Identity Portal, from the My Requests page, the user title, see below "Business Approval" example

 

Environment

Identity Portal 14.x

Resolution

To translate or change the user title, you need to open the Workflow Designer, and open the Process you are using in the Identity Manager/Identity Portal, see images below:

1) From left panel, click Open Process option
2) From the list open the process used by Identity Portal
3) With the process opened, click on the Activity Properties you want to change/translate.

4) After that, refresh the Identity Portal to get the information updated.
