Issue/Introduction

This article provides instructions for modifying or translating the user title displayed within the Identity Portal Timeline view on the My Requests page (e.g., changing a "Business Approval" label).

 

Environment

Identity Portal 

Resolution

To modify or translate the user title, follow these steps within the Workflow Designer:

  1. Navigate to the left panel and select the Open Process option.
  2. From the resulting list, select the specific process currently utilized by the Identity Portal.
  3. Once the process is open, identify and click on the Activity Properties you wish to modify or translate.
  4. Apply the required changes to the title field.
  5. Refresh the Identity Portal interface to verify that the information has been updated.
