An incorrect IP address is displayed on CEM Console as the default value.
It seems that an incorrect IP address has been registered to APM DB from collector EM directly. 
Could you please let me know a reason why an incorrect IP address was registered from collector EM?

Resolution

It shows the IP in randoms. So based on the IPs that listed it any IP will be assigned to collector and that also being added to APM DB. This is the current design.
So if you want some other IP to be assigned to the collector, then you can change that though the CEM UI.
