Issue/Introduction

The following command was issued:

TSS PER(acid) CACMD(TLMCLR)

but the acid was still not allowed access to the resource.

After doing the TSS PER(acid) CACMD(TLMCLR), the 'acid' needs to be refreshed via: 

TSS REFRESH(acid) JOBNAME(*) 

on the system where the permit was issued.
