Can ENF be re-started while ACF2 / DB2 is up?

Issue/Introduction

A recycle of ENF is required, while DB2 images are active. Will there be any impact on DB2 functionality or will DB2 images need to be shut down and  restarted ?

Resolution

Since the hooks for DB2 are already in place, ENF can be bounced. No need to recycle DB2.
