Windows 2016 OS Support with CA Business Service Insight

Resolution

CA Business Service Insight 8.3.5 is supported/certified with Windows 2016 server.

However there are a couple of things to watch for:

1. The 8.3.5 installer might show a warning that 2016 is not supported - you can safely ignore this
2. If you install a BSI Web Server on Windows 2016, make sure you configure the BsiAppPool as shown below:
