Installed Endevor V18 Inc 12 but not seeing the 18.0.12

Issue/Introduction

Applied all the PTFs to bring us up to Inc 12 and expected the level to show 18.0.12 but it is still showing 18.0.11. Why is that?

CA Endevor SCM V18

Resolution

If using separate run-time libraries, verify the run-time CSIQLOAD and CSIQPLD libraries are PDSE libraries and match the SMP/E Target libraries. 

Correct the DSNTYPE for the libraries and recopy the SMP/E libraries to the run-time libraries
