CAS1980 required LMPKEY to run Prod (BX)

Issue/Introduction

While attempting to test Endevor on a sand box system, I am getting the message:

CAS9180E - CPU 0656D7 Requires a LMP key to run Prod (BX)

BX is the product code for Endevor Quick Edit.

Resolution

You are getting this message becuase you have EDITELM=Y in the C1DEFLTS Table and you do no have an LMPKEY for Quickedit.  
If you are not licensed for Quickedit, set EDITELM=N in the C1DEFLTS, reassemble and relink and the message will go away.
