Can the timezone on Revision History be changed?

Is it possible to change the timezone represented in the Revision History page?

Due to the way that the audit history is built up in the Revisions table, there is no way to change the timezone that is represented in the Revision History tab.  If the workspace is configured for MST, revisions will show the time relative to MST.  As an example, a user in the Pacific (PST) makes a change at 9AM PST to an artifact, the time and timezone shown in the revision history will be based on MST, or 10AM MST.  (9AM PST = 10AM MST).
