Issue/Introduction
EPAgent in up and running in SM policy servers.
EPAgent metrics are reporting,
But SiteMinder policy servers metrics are NOT reporting in console.

Cause
The files libapr and libboost_regex binaries are missing in Siteminder lib folder. (/application/siteminder/lib/)
Observe the highlighted yellow ones in the attachment you can observe "not found" symbols for libapr and libboost_regex binaries

Environment
APM 10.7.0.45 (Build 990045)
EPAgent version: 10.5.2.15
SiteMinder Version: R12.7 SP01
APM for SSO version: caapmsso 13.2
Linux 3.10.0-862.3.2.el7.

Resolution
Please check if libapr and libboost_regex binaries are present in "/application/siteminder/lib/". If these are not present then please copy these from " /application/caapmsso-13.2/bin64/ " folder.
Once these are copied please run "source ca_ps_env.ksh" and then run the ldd command on libIntroscopeNativeDataAPI.so and see these "not found" symbols are gone or not.
