After installing CA Business Service Insight (BSI), when trying to access the BSI UI website, the following error appears:

IIS Mappings missing
Unfortunately after the BSI install, there is no easy way enable the missing IIS mappings and reconfigure the BSI application
The recommended approach is to roll back to before BSI was installed and ensure that all of the IIS pre-requisites are installed as per the documentation
If you look at the "handler mappings" in IIS of the default website prior to the BSI install, you must see all of these:
