PIM(SAM) r14.0: failed to create on Solaris Endpint

Issue/Introduction

Creating SAM endpoint on Solaris 11.3 via GUI fails with error.
 Failed to connect to host, Cannot open a new session

The problem only occurs on Solaris 10 / 11 and not on any other platform.

It seems to be able to create  Endpoint and Privileged Account by feeder option.
But it failed to change password for account with same error.
And also, cannot create Privileged Account via GUI with same error.

Environment

ENTM Server:
OS: Windows 2016
Prod: CA Privileged Identity Manager r14.0 for SAM + T51S058
  CDB: MS SQLServer 2016
  User store: ActiveDirectory

SAM Endpoint:  
 OS: Solaris 10/11 

Cause

It is caused by missing 3rd party library which should be included in the product, PIM r14.0.

Resolution

Provided T6F0086 for this problem.
Please contact CA support to get it.
It does not have any other workaround since it is caused by missing library.
