How do we remove the PAM Help desk setup, we get errors that our SOI Manager is unable to connect. I checked the helpdesk.xml file in the SOI Manager but it doesn't look that's where it needs to be removed as that file doesn't contain the PAM server info. When trying to remove the setup from the SOI UI, the inputs inserted for the PAM information don't want to clear.
This information in stored in config files in the SOI\tomcat\custom folder.
itpam-config.xml is for PAM integration svdesk-config is for Helpdesk Integration
You can move this files out of the folder or remove it and the configuration will be gone.
You have to restart the CA SOI Application Service on the SOI Manager server.
