Secondary allocation: In hlq.SOURCE(SSIDVSAM) see the following:

HSTSTATS, HSTACCTG: CHANGE ONLY PRIMARY ALLOCATION AS REQUIRED.
SEE SYSTEM GUIDE FOR SPACE ALLOCATIONS SECONDARY EXTENTS SHOULD NOT BE SPECIFIED.
