'findText' error page with Webviewer 12.1

Issue/Introduction

This error page was displayed.  What does it mean?
CA Output Management Web Viewer 12.1 Error page:
javax.faces.el.PropertyNotFoundException: Error testing property 'findText' in bean of type null 

Environment

MS SQL Server

Cause

Customer only got this message twice when Web Viewer was disconnected from the database on MS SQL Server due to maintenance on the SQL server side

Resolution

Once SQL Server was restarted and Web Viewer recycled this problem was resolved.
