Server certificate key hash does not match pin value

Issue/Introduction

When trying to enroll the gateway with the portal, I get the following error: Unable to enroll: java.security.cert.CertificateException: Server certificate key hash does not match pin value.

Resolution

This is general a mismatch between the hostname resolved from the IP adress and the name in the certificate.

To resolve this add  add the portal's IP address and portal's enroll URL to the /etc/hosts file on the gateway server.

or double check your DNS resolution for the portal url's  also verify reverse lookups to match the correct name  .
