Issue/Introduction
After upgrading to Spectrum 10.3.0, when you try to create a Maintenance Mode Schedule you may see the following error:
"The schedule could not be created in the following landscapes: SPC-OCA-10593: <SS_Hostname>: The schedule could not be created, most likely due to invalid date/time parameters."
Cause
In Spectrum 10.3.0 Cygwin was upgraded and when the SpectroSERVER is started from the command line, it will start the SpectroSERVER is UTC timezone rather than the local timezone.
Environment
Spectrum 10.3.x (Windows Only)
Resolution
To resolve this problem, you will need to create an environmental variable on the SpectroSERVER host. Below is an example using EST:
Close and re-open any bash shells in order to be available to start the SpectroSERVER in the correct time-zone from the command line.
