Issue/Introduction
Our SRM is not starting and in Tomcat log we see the following error:
SRM ENTITYRESOLVER ERROR: Report Manager could not start up cleanly due to the following Exception: com.aprisma.util.net.OctetString cannot be cast to com.aprisma.util.net.MACAddress.
We tried restarting Tomcat but that did not solve this. What is the issue?

Environment
Spectrum 10.2.0
Resolution
This issue has been fixed in 10.2.3 and 10.3 and 10.3.1 releases.
