SAF IZUDFLT Error Messages When Starting z/OSMF Console Session With Top Secret

Issue/Introduction

When starting a z/OSMF console session, it connects but gets the following SAF error messages:

IZUDFLT.IzuManagementFacilityRestConsoles.izuUsers in class EJBROLE does not exist
IZUDFLT.IzuManagementFacilityTsoServices.izuUsers in class EJBROLE does not exist

Resolution

Permit the following resources:

TSS ADD(owning_acid) EJBROLE(IZUDFLT)   (if not already done)
TSS PER(aicd) EJBROLE(IZUDFLT.IzuManagementFacilityRestConsoles.izuUsers)
TSS PER(aicd) EJBROLE(IZUDFLT.IzuManagementFacilityTsoServices.izuUsers)

This enhancement lets you configure IBM z/OS Management Facility (z/OSMF) for 
CA Top Secret. z/OSMF requires security configuration in order to use the     
browser-based user interface.  Your security administrator can use the        
sample JCL provided to configure the core functions and optional plug-ins.
