Are there any special instructions when installing the Easytrieve RO94347 PTF?

Release: 11.6

Resolution

The binary file downloaded from Support Online needs to be saved to the PC as binary and then uploaded to the mainframe as binary.

In the SAMPJCL library are two members: EZT6RECP to receive and EZT7APYP to apply the PTF.
There are no special instructions to install this PTF. *

An alternative way is to receive and apply the PTF via z/OSMF.

No special changes need to be implemented when receiving and applying this fix.to the EZTPX01 load module
