Resolution
The "No Offerings" text is defined in the "cataloggetchildren.xml" file. For the U.S. English language, this file is located in the "%USM_HOME%\view\webapps\usm\locale\icusen\request" folder. 2. Copy this file as explained in the above step 1.
3. At the bottom of the file you will find the following record: <no_offerings>No Offerings</no_offerings>
4. Change the text between the tags to the new value you would like to use: <no_offerings>Nothing here</no_offerings>
5. After saving the change, you will need to restart the Catalog service for the change to take effect. - Stop the CA Service Catalog services(Accounting and Catalog) - Empty/clear the %USM_HOME%\view\translets folder - (re)move the %USM_HOME%\logs\*.log files - Clear the browser-cache - Start the CA Service Catalog services(Accounting and Catalog)
