Resolution

The LJOB,JOB=JOBNAME can be used to determine if the last run of a job processed with EXEC=N.  The output of this command displays the  'Y -- JOB SET FOR EXEC ON MAIN' in bottom right portion of the screen.

The CA7xx035 can also be used to capture NOEX jobs.  The CA7XX035 generates the 'CA WORKLOAD AUTOMATION SE PERFORMANCE STATISTICS INFORMATION JOB REPORT'  Note the 'NOEX JOBS' column.  This column Identifies the number of total jobs scheduled that were EXEC=N on the job definition panel for the period of time you specify.

Additionally, the 'Transaction Detail Report SASSHR02' can be used as a search tool for jobs.  the FIND command can be used on jobs that are in question.
