Allocations not Showing for a Resource in PPM Clarity

We are trying to allocate a resource to a project in PPM Clarity. We tried adjusting the user's default allocation to 100%, but the allocations are not showing up. The allocation amount is showing as 0 and in Time Scale Value (TSV) fields, there is no allocation amount displayed.

Check to make sure the user's Date of Hire and Date of Termination are correct (Example, the project end date is 12/31/19, the user's Date of Termination should be blank or after 12/31/19). If the value is incorrect, adjust the termination date, and then reset the user's allocation by changing the value of the resource's allocation segment finish date then set the date back to the correct date.

Steps to adjust the allocation:
  1. Navigate to the Team tab of the project
  2. Click on the Properties icon for the resource
  3. In the Allocation section, change the Finish date of a segment to a different date and Save
  4. Now, change the Finish date back to the correct date
