Issue/Introduction
In each action on Eclipse (Refresh Repository, ADD, etc.) the STC ENDEVOR try to list all ENDEVOR package. The job uses 2 minutes CPU and results a timeout on eclipse. After that can't do a ADD anymore. Why does ENDEVOR need to list all package? Is there a way to not to do that?

Resolution
Add filter option for packages during the Eclipse repository creation step. When the repository is refreshed, it will only search for packages that match the filter option.
If the filter option is left blank when creating the Eclipse repository, it will list all the packages and that would take a lot of CPU usage and could cause connection timeout.
