Special Characters are showing in AlarmNotifier Output

Issue/Introduction
After configuring Spectrum AlarmNotifier, you may notice some special characters are showing in the NOTIFIER.OUT file similar to that shown below:
ProbableCause: MANAGEMENT AGENT LOSTèèSYMPTOMS:èèModel is no longer responding to primary management requests (e.g. SNMP or EPI), but appears to be responsive to other communication protocol (e.g. ICMP).èèPROBABLE CAUSES:èè1) Management agent has gone down.èè2)
Environment
Spectrum 10.2.x Spectrum 10.3.x
Resolution
To resolve this issue, please open the the .alarmc file for this Notifier Application and change:
USE_NEW_INTERFACE=false
to
USE_NEW_INTERFACE=true
Then save the file and restart AlarmNotifier to resolve the issue.
Even if this parameter is not being used, it will still need to set to "true" as it is used for processing the information from Alarm Notifier.
