After patching and rebooting a Jaspersoft windows server you can't get to Jaspersoft console.  The browser error is 404

The following error is seen in jasperserver.log

org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException: Error creating bean with name 'dataSource' defined in ServletContext resource [/WEB-INF/applicationContext-webapp.xml]: Invocation of init method failed; nested exception is javax.naming.NamingException: KeystoreManager.init was never called or there are errors instantiating an instance.

Jaspersoft 6.4.2
Windows 2008 R2

To resolve, do the following:
  2. Download
  3. Unzip and put tomcat8w.exe in \CA\SC\CA Business Intelligence\apache-tomcat\bin
  4. To edit the service run: tomcat8w.exe //ES//cabusinessintelligencetomcat
  5. Edit the home directory referenced under "Java Options".  This must reference a home directory with  .jrsks and .jrsksp files
  6. If .jrsks and .jrsksp files don't exist cd "\CA\SC\CA Business Intelligence\buildomatic" and run js-ant clean-config gen-config at the command line
  7. Cycle CA Business Intelligence Tomcat
You should now be able to log back into the Jaspersoft console
