Issue/Introduction

I am getting the following CA 7 Webclient error after logging on after the initial set up.

"No items were found"

ECN70101: The request failed. 
Completion Code: 433

What is causing this error?

Component: 7

Resolution

The cause of this message is due to not having a CA7 instance defined in the Webclient. Once you define an instance of CA7 to view, you will no longer get this message.
