We are unable to see the correct status of the oracle apps account in CA Identity Manager Modify User's Endpoint account and Identity Portal Endpoint tab.
If the Oracle account is locked, it shows unlocked/incorrect status in both UI - Portal and Identity Manager. Also, unlock or resume does not actually unlock the oracle account.
Can this be resolved?
This is expected behavior.
The locked attribute for Oracle EBS end point account is not supported.
The value is always unlocked for all the Oralce EBS end points.
