SEND FAILED CODES: 'IN ' in CA Spool Menu

Issue/Introduction

Trying to issue the /REINIT command in the CA Spool menu and getting the following error message:

*SEND FAILED CODES: 'IN '

Resolution

This error can be result of missing security definitions specially if external security is being used and the corresponding SAF resources are not defined to external security package (Top Secret, ACF2 or RACF).
