Issue/Introduction

In Jaspersoft reports and adhoc views, the Actuals are all incorrectly showing as zero when run by week. However, running the same report by month displays the expected non-zero amounts.

Cause

This can occur if there is a mismatch between the week day on the From Date of the WEEKLYRESOURCEACTCURVE time slice and the First Day of the Work Week setting.

Environment

Release: CODFSS99000-15.3-PPM SAAS FedRAMP-Sandbox-Small Environment

Resolution

The From Date on the WEEKLYRESOURCEACTCURVE (id: 55556) slice under Administration - Time Slices needs to be updated to match the First Day of the Work Week setting under Administration - Project Management - Settings. For example, if the First Day of the Work Week is set to Monday, the From Date on the time slice needs to be changed to start on a Monday as well.

After this change is made, the following jobs need to be run in this order:
1. Time Slicing job
2. Update Report Tables job - with the Update Reporting Calendar option checked
3. Load Data Warehouse job - Full Load
