Issue/Introduction

Right now we can only search by Report ID in Web Viewer, is there a way to search by Job ID?

Resolution

You cannot search by Job ID but you can configure the report list to show the Job ID and sort on it.
If the admin has allowed it, users can

• Go to the configuration tab->Report List->
• Move Job ID from available Report columns to Selected Report Columns
• On the next line - Where is says Sort report list by, you can select Job ID.
• Click Update in the upper right.
• Then go into your report list and you will see a new column labelled Job ID and it will be sorted by Job ID.
